All person-identifiable data that is entered onto the “House Service” App will remain private and protected and will not be shared with any third parties except with your permission. House Service collects personal information when you register with and use the App. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, contact details, birth date, gender, credit card and account details, occupation, interests, and application details for verification services. By using this app, you consent to your basic contact information, including your location, being shared with other users on this platform.
We will also use your contact information to contact you directly for further updates on the “House Service” App, internal and external advertisements and for customer service purposes. We may also use your information as required by law, order of a court, tribunal or regulator or if House Services reasonably believes that the use or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary for enforcement related activities. All data submitted onto this platform is owned by the “House Service” App and House Service App LTD, UK, and will be used to assess the level of our services, performance of the App, demographical analysis of our users, and determine ways to further improve the in-App experience for our customers. If We collect, use or disclose any information from you that is not personal information, but is sensitive information (such as information relating to police checks conducted on users of the App), then we will seek consent directly from you each time we collect, use or disclose your sensitive information, including for direct marketing purposes.
